Blueberry Oatmeal Cookies that are Soft, Chewy, and BudGET-FRIENDLY.

I was born and raised on blueberry oatmeal cookies. My mom would make them all the time and they were my favorite. I would always beg her for a batch and she would always give me what I wanted. I loved how soft and fluffy they were and how gooey the centers were. I still love blueberry oatmeal cookies, but now I love them even more because I know how special they are to me and my family.

What are the ingredients in these cookies?
-all- purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla extract, blueberries

-How do I make these cookies?

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease or flour a baking sheet.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and butter. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture, and stir until just blended. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4. Add the blueberries, and mix well.

5. Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Squeeze the dough together with your fingers to form cookies.

6. Bake the cookies for 12 to 15 minutes, until they are golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.

7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
