My dad loves cookie dough ice cream. I can remember the first time I ever saw him eat it–he was eating it out of a bowl at a family gathering. I was a little kid then, and I was in awe of him. I was fascinated by how he could taste something so delicious and then just eat it straight from the bowl.

Ever since, I’ve always loved trying different flavors of cookie dough ice cream, but my favorite is always the classic version. It’s sweet and rich, with a hint of chocolate and cookie dough flavor that just hits all the right spots.

Even though I can’t eat it as often as I’d like because it’s so darn unhealthy, I always look forward to going out to a restaurant and ordering a bowl of cookie dough ice cream. My dad just loves it so much, and it makes me happy to see him get such a sweet tooth.
