Gluten-Free Ladyfingers You’ll Love.

In my first grade science class, we learned about gluten. Our teacher explained that gluten was responsible for making bread dough rise, and that without gluten, bread would not rise. I was excited to try out this new recipe I’d found online, called ladyfingers.

To make ladyfingers, you need flour, salt, butter, and eggs. My mom used to mix these ingredients together in a large bowl, then she’d add enough water to make a thick batter. We’d dip our fingers into the batter, and then cook the ladyfingers in hot oil until they turned a golden brown.

I loved ladyfingers, and I loved eating them with cream cheese. My mom always made a big batch of ladyfingers, and we’d eat them all week long. I’m so happy that I can enjoy ladyfingers the same way that my mom did when I was growing up.

– approx how many ladyfingers can be made from one batch of gluten free dough?
