Looking for a gluten free quiche that is delicious and easy to make? Try our recipe.

I’ll start by saying that I am a mom of three kids who have all been diagnosed with Celiac Disease, an autoimmune disorder that results in a complete lack of gluten in the diet. And, boy, have we found our favorite gluten free quiche recipe!

My youngest, just turned 4, is the most gluten intolerant of the three of us, so it has been difficult for us to find a recipe that is both gluten free and kid-friendly. But, this quiche recipe has been a hit with everyone!

The key to making this recipe GF is to use GF pasta. We have found that Ritz crackers work great as a crust, and they can even be substituted for bread crumbs if necessary.

We also love using a garlic herb sauce as a topping, but any kind of sauce will work. The quiche can be served warm or cold, and we even enjoy it packed in a school lunchbox for the kids!

Hi! My name is Ava and I love baking. I love the process of creating something from nothing, and the satisfaction of taking a bite of something I made myself. I love trying new recipes and experimenting with different flavors. Baking is my form of self-care; it's how I relax and unwind after a long day. That's why I founded CupcakeRecipes.com!
