I remember the first time my mom made Paleo Apple Cake. We were definitely out of sugar, so she replaced it with honey. It was amazing! The cake was extremely moist, and had a distinctive apple flavor.

Since then, my mom and I have perfected the recipe. Our version is almost completely sugar-free, and it’s always a hit when we pass it around at gatherings. I especially love to Ferry it to my friend’s house when they have a pumpkin spice famine.
