Pumpkin Spice Marshmallow Treat Cupcakes.

I was flipping through my cookbook looking for a pumpkin recipe and I came across a marshmallow recipe that said to add pumpkin puree to the ingredients. I had never even heard of pumpkin puree before, so I Googled it. Turns out, pumpkin puree is just flavoring extract made from pumpkin and can be found in most grocery stores.

After trying out the recipe, I was excited to try my pumpkin spice marshmallow treat cupcakes. I mixed together the pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and oil and then added the extract to the mix. I mixed the ingredients until everything was well combined, put the batter into cupcake liners, and then baked them.

When I took the cupcakes out of the oven, they smelled amazing. I frosted them with a basic buttercream and then added a few tablespoons of pumpkin puree to the frosting. I piped random swirls of frosting on top of the cupcakes, and then put some more pumpkin puree on top of those swirls.

Finally, I added some decoration to the cupcakes with some mini candy canes. I was really excited about my pumpkin spice marshmallow treat cupcakes, and I was not disappointed. The cupcakes were sweet, spiced up well, and really tasted like pumpkin. I would definitely make them again.
