Savory stuffing that’s gluten-free, nut-free and dairy-free.

When I was a kid, my mom always made gluten-free stuffing for the Turkey Day feast. I remember how surprised everyone was that it tasted just as good as the regular stuffing, if not better. And now that I’m gluten-free, I know exactly how she accomplished this miracle! First she’d mix together some diced celery, onion, chicken broth, pulverized gluten-free bread, salt, and pepper. Then she’d add this mixture to a baking dish and bake it until the stuffing was crusty and golden brown. Finally, she’d add some leftover roast turkey and let everyone enjoy a delicious, gluten-free feast!
