Grandma Loves Gluten-Free No-Bake Gingerbread Cheesecake

Grandma loves nothing more than a delicious slice of cheesecake, and she especially loves a gluten-free version. Recently, she made a gingerbread cheesecake that was absolutely fantastic!

Grandma started by preparing the base of the cheesecake. First, she mixed together some flour, ginger, and baking powder in a bowl to create a dough. Then, she used her grandmother’s pie crust recipe to create a bottom crust.

Next, grandma prepared the filling. She combined cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl and beat it until smooth. Then, she added in some ground ginger and some ground cloves. Finally, she added in some finely chopped walnuts.

Once the filling was ready, grandma put it into the prepared crust. She then refrigerated the cheesecake for several hours so that it could be firm enough to cut.

Finally, grandma ready to serve her delicious gingerbread cheesecake. She cut it into slices and shared it with her family. Everyone loved it!

Grandma’s gingerbread cheesecake was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was it gluten-free, but it was also incredibly rich and buttery. Each bite was filled with flavor and sweetness. Overall, this was an amazing recipe that grandma would definitely enjoy again.
