Ingredients:

1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup cornstarch

pinch of salt

1/4 cup vegan butter, softened

1/4 cup white sugar

1/4 cup dark corn syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. In a large bowl, combine vegan dark chocolate chips, granulated sugar, cornstarch, salt, vegan butter, white sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.

4. Add in 1/2 cup of flour and mix until well combined.

5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet.

6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown.

7. Let cool on baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
